Born in Nairobi, raised in the UK, and now making a significant impact in South Africa, Wilma shares her journey from a corporate career to her current role in community upliftment. Her dedication to supporting youth through Usiko's programs has been life-changing for many young individuals, helping them find hope, purpose, and the resilience to overcome challenging circumstances.

During the episode, Wilma highlights her work with Usiko, particularly their collaboration with Training Portal to establish the Weber’s Valley Skills Centre. This skills centre offers a safe space where young people and community members can access vital training and personal development opportunities.
