The Recruitment & Implementation department is responsible for sourcing learners and ensuring that all training projects run smoothly from start to finish. The team manages the recruitment of over 1,000 disabled learners annually, with a focus on identifying qualified candidates who meet the requirements of various programs, especially those from underrepresented communities. Their role extends beyond recruitment; they also ensure that learners are supported throughout their journey, from application to program completion. This department is known for its ability to rapidly implement large-scale training projects across multiple sectors. They are constantly optimising processes to streamline operations and improve the learner experience.
